Rachelle E. Bernacki, MD, MS

Dr. Rachelle Bernacki is an internal medicine physician who brings 28 years of medical experience to her practice. She earned her medical degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Washington in 2001. Dr. Bernacki pursued specialized fellowship training at the University of Chicago in geriatrics in 2006, along with completing the Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars Program and a MacLean Center for Clinical Medical Ethics Fellowship in 2005. She holds board certification in internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine and speaks English.
