Dr. Rachna Rawal, MD

I felt like anytime I had a health concern, it was brushed off like I was overreacting. The staff is not friendly at all and does not make you feel welcome.

Dr Rawal was both my daughters pediatrician from their toddler years into their adulthood. She listens very patiently, her judgement of the issue is always spot on - she understands the problem so well that she does not need to over medicate to take care all different scenarios. She is very responsive, I know that she is always there to take care of my daughters. Could not have found a better doctor!!!

I took my daughter to this doctor last week and we did a physical that went fine up until I asked the doctor about getting an exemption for shots my daughter has always had in a personal beliefs Exemption. When sigh found out that we would not qualify to have an exemption any longer I tried to make an appointment to start her shots. I had to call in over 5 times try and make an appointment the girls who answer the phone are extremely rude hung up in my face and were giving me the run around to make an appointment. I have never had such poor customer service in my life these girls should be ashamed of themselves the way they treat their Patients. I switched her doctor today and I will not be back so she can think her staff for losing another patient. I feel like They would not see me I'll because I asked for this exemption before. When I asked why nobody had called me back for an appointment she then told me that they are not taking new patients even though I had already been there… and had a physical done for my daughter. When I told her I didn't understand why I couldn't make a shot appointment she said that she didn't know and hung up in my face. The girl who answers the phone is the absolute worst she will not call you back she will not call you back for an appointment she says she will call you back and then doesn't every time on my lunch break for for 4 days I was trying to make an appointment and every time she kept telling me she will call me back and never did. I called the insurance and reported this doctor.

Dr. Rawal has been my son's pediatrician from the beginning. She is a good doctor. She will listen to your concerns and answer all your questions. The staff is nice. The office will accommodate you if you have an emergency to see the doctor. Overall, the office itself can use some updating but I would recommend Dr. Rawal to anyone.

The staff at her office seems to constantly change the only consistent one has been the Head Nurse, Cathy. So that gets a little annoying when you're trying to create a rapport with the staff. The dr is good. She walks in with a smile and has a calming pleasant voice. She tends to your children and seems pretty right on with her diagnosis. The wait times are ok, not horrible but not quick either.

Dr. Rawal is very kind and patient with my boys. In 8 years that she has been my family pediatrician I have only had one appointment where the wait was intolerable. Other than that you get in and they put you in the your room right away. Once in your room you wait for the doctor but it is not a very long wait. I can always get an appointment in within the next week if my kids are sick.

Great doctor! Went earlier this week, the front desk nurse seemed very busy, but managed herself great and was very nice. The nurse that took us back was very nice as well. I loved the experience. And my daughters like the doctor.
