Dr. Radha V Patnana, MD

I appreciate Dr Patnana’s practical care and knowledge. She listens and answers questions in understanding terms. She has been my doctor over 10 years and i look forward to my doctor visits. I can’t imagine having any other Doctor. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring , knowledgeable doctor who speaks frankly.

I have been to Dr. Patnana a few times, but I know who the doctor is. Since I am not a drug seeker I think I am more likely to appreciate her explanation of what is wrong, as opposed to people that think she is “terrible” because she won’t throw a handful of pills at them to shut them up. I think she is a good doctor and I know she skipped lunch one day when I was late just to get me in. That is why I think she is a good human. And her staff is exceptionally nice as well.

does not care or listen. she is the only one who knows anything, and if she doesn't "believe in it" (her words), she will shut you down, refuse to discuss, and will acutally cut your prescriptions to lower quantities. She said she did this to me because she didn't agree with my lifestyle choices. Uh...not her job. Don't waste your time. she will only stare at her laptop and NEVER follow-up!

Dr. Patnana only hears what she expects to hear, not what you actually say. I described something that is not the usual for diabetes, and her response, "Yes, [opposite of what I described] is normal because [reason]." That was the most egregious example, after numerous times I suspected she wasn't listening. When metformin & one other didn't work, I just got lectured about eating right & losing weight. Went to new doctor, who knew the other med can cause weight gain. Switched to new med, now losing weight.

WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD. SHOULD HAVE HER LICENSE PULLED.

Honestly, the worst doctor I have ever encountered. Unfeeling, uncaring, rude, and just plain bad. Her skills are sub-par in my opinion, and my experience with her. Doesn't give treatment, just insults. Gave me a very wrong diagnosis, wouldn't listen to what I was telling her, and just forgot about me and went home while I was still in the examination room.

Dr. Patnana is very good doctor. She tells it the way it is. We have to admit that most of us are responsible for our own health. Pills are the last resort! I do not agree with some of the review of this doctor being arrogant. She is just being honest with you. She does not create a problem where there is none. We tend to overblow our health issues to the point that we disable our minds and bodies when otherwise we are capable of dealing with it. Dr. Patnana has always been a great doctor to me and my family.

I think she is VERY mean. She doesn't listen to my concerns. My last office visit lasted 10 minutes!! She does NOT listen and blames my pain on my weight. Too bad her personality doesn't match her looks.
