Horrific staff and practitioner came to see.her for my son who had autism. Life is difficult enough having a teen going through anger outbursts and recent hospitalization which staff knew about. I made a new patient appt hoping to meet with compassionate practitioner who understood mental health needs, we driver 40mins I called early to say we would be arriving few mins late cos.my son was having difficult getting in car to see doc and we ended up in traffic. Staff was rude and would not tell us whether he would be seen llate, so we drove 40 mins with an agitated kid. When we arrived 12mins late they made us wait another 10mins and denied appointment. This is not the kind of basic compassion you need in this field. Very uncaring and unprofessional.

She is great. She listens to what you say and is very understanding.
