Immediately upon meeting him I could tell he would treat our son’s condition aggressively, which we desperately needed. I don’t have to like him, I’m not looking for a friend - I’m looking for someone to help keep my son alive. He’s amazing. Highly recommend!

The doctor was condescending, arrogant, dismissive. Insisted that my daughter's condition was all in her head. I had to push to get a procedure done to diagnose and lo and behold discovered that she indeed had a rare condition! Then, when we asked what we would remedy it he recommended cough drops...seriously!!! Switched to another doctor in his own practice and finally got some much needed medication to help my daughter. This guy doesn't care about patients. He should not be practicing.

We switched from one pulmonologist to Dr.Rafael during an inpatient stay. He listened. He was a team player with cardiology, speech, and the pediatrician on call during our visit. And I believe he jad great bedside manner. I cant wait to have more visits with him on the care of my 16month old heart son.

Doesn't listen to the parent.

Dr Cilloniz was extremely helpful in understanding our 3 yr-old's condition. He explained everything very thoroughly and made us feel more at ease. I definitely recommend him!

We had a horrible visit with Dr. Cilloniz. He did not take my heath concerns for my child seriously and was very condescending. He lacks bedside manner and makes you feel very unimportant as a parent. I would not recommend this doctor.
