Very condescending. Knew what my symptoms pointed to and still did a $200 procedure (cost unbeknownst to me at the time) that he knew wouldn't show anything based on those symptoms. Talking to him just felt like he wanted to argue. Told me I was obsessing, and that was before the procedure.

Highly recommend Dr. Marrero!!! He was the best & the sweetest! I recently had a tonsillectomy & let’s just say the procedure went great. I was back eating within a week & back to work in 2 weeks. If you’re looking for an ENT please go see him. Thanks Doc!!

Dr. Marrero is great! He removed my tonsils and I'm going back for another procedure. He's very informative and listens to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend him!

We first started using Dr.Marrero when my daughter was a baby. He first put tubes in her ears and just recently took her tonsils out. Surgery to remove her tonsils went very smooth and recovery went great. She had limited pain and was eating macaroni and cheese on DAY 2! I would definitely recommend Dr.Marrero to others.

I had a deviated septum repaired with Dr Marrero and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. It was not a painful procedure at all and I can breathe so much better at this point! I was worried about pain and packing having to stay in my nose after surgery. I was pleasantly surprised that the packing came out before I even left the hospital to go home. I’m so glad I chose to have the surgery done and I wish I would have done it a long time ago.

I had an absolute amazing experience he removed my tonsils his new way and I was able to eat soft foods like noodles and mashed potatoes by the third day! And while talking to other people who have done the original surgery theirs have not been as easy on their bodies and throat

His initial consultation was informative and his pre and post op visits were reassuring. The surgery was very successful and the entire experience was extremely positive. I am a 51 year old woman who had my tonsils removed using the new technique that Dr. Marrero uses. He did a excellent job and I had very little swelling and I only took Advil and Tylenol for pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Marrero.

My 11 month old went six weeks with an ear infection. Within that six weeks he was put on two oral antibiotics and a round of antibiotic injections. We were referred to Central Arkansas ENT Clinic. We saw Dr. Marrero. After taking the time to explain our options in great detail. The decision was made to place tubes in his ears. They got him in for the procedure that week. The procedure was fast and Dr. Marrero did an excellent job of explaining how everything went. We could tell a huge difference in our little boy that same day. He was so happy and playful. He was also sleeping much better. For the first time in months we actually got a full night's sleep and have been sleeping well sense.

Visited Dr. Marrero several times now. Each visit grows more respect for his abilities. Office staff is very courteous and wait times are minimal. I feel very lucky to have found this clinic.
