Dr. Jonathan Andrew Reding, MD

After being in a hospital for 2weeks, I was finally transferred to Baptist for emergency surgery, Dr. Reding walks in and asks to pray with me and my husband...he gave me such peace in a frantic time. God placed him in my life at exactly the moment. He is absolutely fantastic!! Would never go anywhere else!

Dr. Reding is an excellent physician! My sister came to be under his care at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas after we were transferred from a small hospital in Dardanelle, Arkansas! My sister was diagnosed with cancer in her lungs which had spread to her brain in the form of a tumor located at the part of her brain which controls movements. He was very dicisive in his approach to removing the tumor! On the morning of surgery, he came in before surgery and held my sister’s hand and prayed over her asking God above to guide his hands and his decisions while in surgery! He is a very personable man and he was able to put us as a family at ease as much as possible! He was able to remove the entire tumor! He was upfront and explained to us well what we could expect after surgery! I will highly recommend him as one of the best in his field of expertise! Not many doctors pray with a family and put them at ease like this young man did! I thank God that he was and is my… sister's Neurologist! I pray that he has a long and successful career and know that he will always have my family’s gratitude!

Became an emergent patient after a car accident. Dr. Reding has terrible bedside manner & it seemed as if we were bothering him if we had questions. After being released from the brace post-op, I was still in a great deal of pain. Called the office, was told it would hurt and they would see me at my 6 month (3 months away at that point). Luckily I have a amazing PCP who cared as best as he could for me until then. Dr. Reding ignored my concerns at the 6 month. He constantly informed me that the pain I was experiencing was not happening. Almost 2 years of pain & a new neurosurgeon later, another surgery found failed fusion. I would not recommend this surgeon, his staff, or his clinic.

This is the first surgery i ever had i was waiting in preop waiting for my surgery Dr. Reding came in and kinda gave me the scoop on what was gonna happen and then ask if we could pray together before surgery so we prayed and he said ill see you back there im gonna admit i was scared up till we prayed together and then it was like all tje fear was gone if ever i have to have surgery again he will be the Dr. That i go see he's not like other doctors that run in and run out of the room before you can ask him a question and the staff at the office is amazing as well i gave them 5 stars but if i could have i would have given him 10 as well as the office staff one of the most delightful visits iv ever had with a doctor .
