Patty the front desk lady is rude to the core and will never actually let you leave a voicemail or message for the doctor. I have had some financial issues and could not afford the ride to my appointment and was told in the beginning that I could do video visits. She then called and said no that’s not gunna work, my circumstances didn’t matter to them but probably mostly patty I will never go back there because the customer service is awful when you are dealing with someone like that. Patty is an old miserable person that feeds her negativity into the lives of patients just trying to get help, No compassion and will look into filing a complaint if possible. Zero stars if possible

Dr. Peninuri is a wonderful Dr. Unfortunately his staff is the worst I’ve ever seen. Lazy, incompetent, rude, inept and those are the good qualities.. you’d be better off banging your head against wall. Look at the reviews... do you see a pattern? It’s the staff! Shame on them!

The office staff is incompetent and lazy. Prior Authorizations don't take almost 2 weeks to process for a medication that a patient needs right away to deal with ongoing pain due to 3 back surgeries. I work for the Medical Group this office is a part of and prior authorizations take 1 day if you call and 3 days if you fax the information in. Patients should never have to wait this long for a prior authorization and the office staff (including a manager who is rude) should be calling back patients when they leave a message within a day not 3 days later. I do not recommend going to this office if you can avoid it.

I highly recommend Dr. Penunuri. He genuinely cares about his patients and life beyond just your office visit. He takes a full circle approach to health and healing and wants to know how your lifestyle and day-to-day health, stress and comfort are impacted. He's a genuine person who remembers more than just what's in your chart and I'd highly recommend him.

I think Dr. Penunuri is one of the nicest down to earth people I've met. He made detoxing from opiates easier than I could imagine. He's trustworthy and not just out for your money
