Unprofessional and incompetent doctor Rafael Quiñonez and his staff , They are all rude I don’t recommend them for anybody 0 stars fir all them I will call my insurance to chance ENT doctor

DO NOT COME HERE. I'd give zero stars if possible. The Doctor is certainly losing business due to his incompetent staff; Sherry, to be exact, is unprofessional and lacks comprehensive skills. Not only did she deny an email authorization form vs a faxed one, the office called and texted me after the encounter with her, apologizing and offering to accept the email form which I offered in the first place. She also refused to put her manager on the phone. She's currently training the new staff so surely this office will crumble. Clearly, based on the rest of the reviews here, this staff puts the doctor's name to shame, and that's unfortunate.

This guy is a douche and, I believe, committing some type of insurance fraud. We were 'assigned' to him when in the hospital, then did a follow up. He was condescending, rude, treated us like we were an inconvenience to him, especially when we said no to other services. The follow up he just tried to sell various services. Then for years now he has tried to bill for a "second co-pay" as I was told. We paid our co-pay in the office. Then received another bill and when inquired, was told that was a 'second co-pay.' We only have one insurance, one co-pay. It's a small amount, so I'm sure most people pay, and he gets the immoral, if not illegal extra income of who knows how much. Between his awful demeanor when seeing him in person, and his illegal billing, I would never recommend him.

months ago This Dr is a boucher,has a malpractice on his record and i just filled a complaint with medical board.After tonsillectomy my son spent 60 days in hospital and has a permanent disability thanks to this arrogant individual absolutely unprofessional .Keep your love one as far as you can from this monster

This review is for anyone who understands what it's like to care for an aging loved one. My father is 83, and moves very slowly. We were running late because of it and the receptionist was unforgiving, clearly annoyed and unkind. Dr. Quinonez was just as annoyed and also showed little to no compassion for an elderly person with his subtle sarcasm. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will NEVER subject my father to these people again.

Disgusted with this doctor, worst experience of my life! Avoid if you value your health and your money.

Saw ent for a nasal cellulitis. Was impressed by his great manners, professionalism, and great listener. Very reassuring of my progress. Alas! The desk clerk. Rudeand condescending. Should be more respectful in her tone to people older than her or any customer. I guess you can't have the good ole days where the clerk are more respectful to ALL patients.

He is very friendly and professional. Great bed side manners, eloquent and one just feels they are being well taken care of! i know My daughter will be in good hands with him. He already took care of my other child. Great Doctor

Excellent Dr.

I had a sudden nosebleed which had resolved itself by the time I met with dr. Quinonez. He examined me. I felt he was professional and thorough in his examination and made valuable suggestions in case I had another nosebleed.
