Rafael Roman Teran

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the care provided by Rafael Roman Teran. During our interaction, Mr. Teran was consistently rude, condescending, and dismissive. He appeared entirely unwilling to listen to my concerns or conduct an adequate assessment of my situation. Instead of a professional clinical evaluation, the session was characterized by his personal opinions and a lack of empathy. His refusal to provide assistance or engage in a meaningful dialogue felt like a significant departure from the standard of care expected of a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I found his demeanor to be unprofessional and his approach to patient care negligent. I would not recommend his services to anyone and believe his conduct warrants a formal investigation.
