Dr. Rafal P Kaczynski, MD

I went into the Baycare Emergency Care in Largo after receiving poor care from my Primary doctor. Dr. Kaczynski saw me and took the time to explain my diagnosis and also prescribed medications to aid in my recovery. Because I'm a senior lots of physicians play down our health issues. This doctor went into detail because my condition was going to be chronic for years to come. The detail, care and good medicine was a pleasure as you can imagine.

I went to the urgent care and Dr. Kaczynski was amazing. He showed care and concern for my condition and accurately diagnosed and treated it, which could have been life threatening. I have never been treated by such a highly skilled professional in an urgent care setting. He also warned me to go immediately to the ER if the conditioned worsened because of the severity. His treatment plan worked and after a few weeks I am finally healed.

I have received treatment from Dr Kaczynski at BayCare Urgent Care and have found him very compassionate, diligent and knowledgeable. I can also tell that his diagnostic skills are top notch and he did not push for any unnecessary procedures like some doctors do. We need more doctors like this. I wish one could just clone him:)

He does not believe in antibiotics even if you have a sinus infection for weeks or bronchitis. Says everything is viral and you will cure yourself! Waste of time do not even bother. He will send you away with a “virus”. Went to a real dr and could have died.

Refused to sign form to attest to my employer that I had a medical reason for time off, even though he said it would take 2 to 4 weeks for me to recover. I could get fired for unauthorized absences without this form.

Dr was extremely aggressive and combative. His license should be revoked.

Very abrupt doctor. Poor bedside manner, was in a rush to get out of room. Unfriendly and unnecessarily panicked me with misdiagnosis of my child.

When Dr Kaczynski told me that I need to be seen at ER I thought he was exaggerating. After few week stay at ICU I'm still alive to write this review. I'm so glad he insisted...

Dr was very carring and atenttive, wonderful nurses

Doctor Kaczynski accurately diagnosed my rash as type of allergic reaction due to Triple antibiotic. My skin doctor told me the same. I'm glad he didn't just write me an antibiotic I didn't need to take, for what I thought was an infection.
