Avoid this place! I thought this place may have gotten better since previous reviews but if anything, it's worse. I took my mother there as they speak same language. Firstly, we waited over a month to get an appointment here because they only take one new patient a day. Then, they cancelled on us twice and asked us to change. We then got to the appointment 15 mins before the appointment time and ended up waiting 2 hours. After 2 hours, we had had enough. I asked lady to destroy the forms we had filled out and that we were going. She offered no apology, no remorse. Said "ok that's fine". So if you want to die a very slow death, Dr. Rafia Parveens' office is for you. Else, go find someone who actually cares.

Waiting is more than 4 hours. Big sign in lobby for no drinking. Bad experience

i didn't like this doctor at all. she is so slow. she always take her time and doesn't care about other person( patient) beside her self. i dont like her staff at all. lady working at work kinda mean and rude.
