This Dr facility let me down today by telling me what is your problem and I left after that kind of attitude when I am pain… All the time the receptionist snaps at me they are always chatting at the front desk. You hear them not even listening to the patients and there’s nobody in their office. What is going on at this place Dr Heidi Tawandros, finally after years of this kind of behavior and toleration I figured out that, Today Is the day I find another doctor… on my way out I got a sorry that there’s nothing we can do for you today. What kind of a practice is this what words turn away medical practice.

Dr. Rabeca your office provider sometimes they’re not very friendly or compassionate to patients when they need help what happened to compassion and understanding they seem to never answer the phones or what I understand people go to lunch but from 8 AM to then there should be able to be answering phones and sometimes when they schedule appointments according to the time they give you they never call you at the time they book an appointment they always call you late and that’s not OK I don’t think you want to lose any of your patients. Gotta talk to your office people to get stuff together, and they should be more nicer and more compassionate and listen to their patients more because if it was their family in jeopardy, I’m pretty sure the fight for it like we all do here for ourselves what happened to good old fashion, common courtesy, and politeness, caring for others this is why you got into this career to care about people that’s all God bless

Very good doctor....caring, and excellent care. Highly recommend to everyone.

She is a wonderful doctor. Kind and caring. She is smart and is not rushed when she is in the room with me. Her patients all love her and I always have a good experience and will continue to see Dr. Iskarous!
