Dr. Ragia Saikali, MD

She is awful. She doesn't even know who you are until she looks at your chart. It is very disrespectful how she talks over you and ignores almost completely your health concerns. I told her I was feeling more depressed than usual and didn't want to get out of bed. She told me "well if you were depressed you wouldn't have gotten out of bed." Her receptionist Ellen likes to play doctor and get involved with patient medications concerns and dismiss anything you which to ask Dr.Saikali. I have been dealing with this for years. I am so thankful I am getting a new insurance and can leave her patient list.

I just had my last appointment with her today... this was my third time visiting her. Dr. Saikali is an ice queen. Probably hands down the “coldest” doctor I have ever been to. The first visit she was ok, she seemed interested in what was going on with my health. I am on a medication which causes my body to tremble and I am a hair stylist and had to call out of work due to the fact my hands were shaking so bad. My work requires doctor notes for absences and I called to see if she could provide one since she just saw me two days prior and she was well aware of the side effects of my medication. She denied my doctors note and made me come in for another visit so she could collect her $$$ and when she walked into the room she said so what’s going on? No hello, I’m so sorry your shaking no compassion, no empathy..... it was just horrid.... Most recently I had a pancreatitis attack and was hospitalized and was told to visit my primary care physician. Which unfortunately was still Dr.… Sakaili. Once again she was rude, quick, non empathetic and treated me as if I was a dollar sign. She denied me the medication the hospital recommended and told me to go to the er if I am in pain and was exceedingly rude about it. On my way out the door I canceled all future appointments and called my insurance company and found a new primary care physician.... I highly advise anyone seeking a doctor who actually cares and takes pride in their work to find someone else aside from this woman. I am a hundred percent against how she handles her business and I highly suggest you do your research before booking an appointment.

Really enjoyed this doctor at first and as time has gone on, my feelings have changed. I hAve a kneecap out of alignment grinding my femur bone, it gets stuck and clicks and pops. She swore it was fine, she felt it when it wasn't popping and then it started and she refused to walk back to me (4ft) to feel it. I went to the specialist and got the diagnosis to all the pain and swelling. Also went in with extreme vertigo and heart palpitations and pain in left shoulder/arm. (I have high blood pressure and cholesterol) she told me to not let it get to my head and it was viral. I went for 2nd opinion because I felt like death. My potassium and magnesium were low and dehydrated and my left ear was almost swollen shut with an inner and outer ear infection. Good for maintaining chronic conditions but I'm not so sure anymore.

Love Dr. S but not a fan of her front desk lady or phlebotomist. I went in at 8am to get blood drawn. I was the first person on the list. She didn't even tell the technician that I was there until 8:25. I waited until 8:45 and had to leave for work. Didn't get my blood drawn. One time before I got my bloodwork done immediately following my appt and the technician was not friendly. Was playing on her cell phone while I sat there and waited for her to acknowledge me.

My 1st visit was excellent , I am from out of town and the staff quickly got me in . I was treated with the best care I have ever experienced . The staff & Dr was great and made me feel at ease , As sick as I was the Dr took time to do the evaluation and assisted in finding the proper medications I could afford for my condition . I have already told everyone I know about my visit and I will remain a pt as long as I am in Md !

Truly fantastic doctor! She treated me quickly and honestly while being friendly. She answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. I never feel like she's giving me medicine just to give me medicine, everything she gives me is purposeful and helps- which is more than I can say for my last doctor! I recommend her to everyone!

She is a great doctor. She listens to any concerns I have or medical problems. I have no problem getting an appointment with her, and the new office staff she has is very helpful and nice! Recommend her as a doctor to anyone!

I was automatically transferred to this dr. after my dr. leaving the practice. I am so disappointed in her attitude and lack of empathy. I have long term history of spinal problems, all documented and issues with chronic pain and anxiety/depression. She didn't seem to care. Now I can understand every doctor is different, but they shouldn't attempt to make all changes at once. Don't switch my meds and screw me up even more. LISTEN TO THE PATIENT, WHEN THEY ASK YOU TO READ THEIR CHART, KINDLY DO SO BEFORE JUDGING THEM!!
