Unfortunately my one star rating was by default, I am not able to rate or review this office as every single time that I've tried to make an appointment, the phone continues to ring and ring and I get hung up on. And, when I am lucky enough to get a voice machine and leave a message.... never once have I've had a return call.

We need more pediatricians like Dr. Rai. She truly cares about your child's health, takes the time to listen to what's going on with him or her. She takes calls even at odd hours especially if you have a very young child. Very responsive. She is quite intuitive and has a breadth of experience that doesn't always require you to take a battery of tests- which is something of a concern when your child is very young. That is not to say she won't require you to take the necessary tests for serious issues. Even if she won't doesn't make a buck from you by dispensing advise during critical situations (which is always the case when you have an infant) over the phone, she will guide you through some of your "new mommy" anxieties. Other doctors would insist you come in to see them every single time (and hence get paid for each visit). To top it off, her staff is great. Always pleasant and accommodating. They try to get you in as early as they can when you have a sick child, unlike other… offices that make you wait for the next available appointment. I also like that they have a separate well room and sick room.
