I have low blood pressure due to medical reasons, the MA told me it was very high, the doctor will take it again, I can barely afford food, they put me in a room slammed the door, played loud offensive music so you could not hear anything, I passed out, woke up went home after 5 hours 9 minutes, they have no clue that I was even there after I checked in! Packed office during COVID-19 pandemic, NO MASK REQUIRED, kids should be in school, just loud running around the place! More Sick coughing people everywhere. Be safe!

I've been going to Doctor Swamy for many years. She is a caring doctor with a wealth on knowledge. My main complaint is the wait time. I can wait 2 to 3 hours easy I'd like to know when those are going that wait 5 minutes. Also the nursing staff that take my med information often miss meds or send them to the wrong pharmacy so watch them closely. I am considering switching Doctors due to wait time.

The doctor is thorough, knowledgeable and trustworthy. She has increased her patient load to the point that even a visit for a minor problem will take 2 and even 3 hours from arriving to leaving. We are elderly and starting over with a new doctor who doesn’t know our history is not a pleasant choice.High turnover in staff results in being treated like first time patients even after years of treatment. Treatment 5 star with 3 star efficiency equals 4 star.

I will go to the ER before I wait 3 hours to see her. Most of us have a 9-5 job that we have to miss work to pay for this joke of a visit. She is over booked judgmental doctor.

Although you have to wait a long time to see her always worth the wait, she takes her time with you. I have been going to Dr. Swamy for 15 years and can't image going to another doctor

Dr Swamy is very knowledgeable and a good listener. She knows her patients well and often helps me out with a phone call. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. She has a very busy office and sometimes her staff make mistakes but are good a correcting them if you talk to them.

I had been going to Dr Swamey for years but decided to switch doctors because I got tired of going to her office and waiting for hours sometimes just to see her. My daughter also went there and switched doctors due to the long wait and that she could not figure out what was wrong after many test and was giving her diet pill,pain meds and did not seem to care that she was only 18 and not what you would call overweight. Once my daughter went to another doctor they figured out within the first couple of visits what was wrong. I have since switched to another doctor and love the doctor I have now, very short wait time and she takes all the time I need to talk with her so glad I switched.

I was ill and tried to see the Dr. Her staff indicated she was really busy and would take a note. And, when I do get an appointment (when ill or scheduled check-up) I have NEVER waited LESS than 1 1/2 hours. Dr. Swamy is great but her staff and the way her office is organized is really unacceptable. I really like Dr Swamy but need to find another capable Dr. with a better run office.

I would not ever want to change her from being my doc!
