Dr. Rajani Rudrangi, MD

I saw Dr. Rudrangi in Feb '20 specifically to diagnose & treat my Fibro. A nurse is who asked me questions. When Dr. R came in, she spoke to me no more than 10mins. I wasn't physically examined. A month went by trying to get ahold of her for my diagnosis. When she finally called she confirmed Fibro & that's it. Never got an updated report. She only wrote 1 that was grossly incorrect. She didn't accurately note my symptoms & some of the info is straight up false. Seeing her was pointless because I didn't get an official diagnostic report or any help. I wrote her a letter explaining this but never heard back. I contacted Standards & Compliance & received a letter saying I could have her amend my report. Now in Sep '20 she still never fixed it. I called back & was told "Doctors never amend charts". I asked if it could be noted she chose not to amend my chart & was then told, "We don't do that". A doctor was negligent & lied & nothing is being done about it. Worst doctor I've ever seen.
