Dr. Rajat Sood, MD

Dr. Sood gave me wrong diagnosis for liver disease. He told me I was F3 with sever liver disease and close to cirhossis and that was pretty much it. I was only F2 at 0.56 before Hep treatment. He also scolded after I asked him if essential oils would be helpful for healing and he gave a firm NO! He advised me it would not help me. He was very rude in front of his staff members so I discontinued his service. Very poor

I went into see Dr. Sood today (8-6-24). He was very condescending and rude towards as a female patient. He was not sympathetic and came in to the exam room with an arrogant attitude. He stated that I should not ask for certain tests but he is the doctor and will determine what he wants. He said to go to another GI doctor if I ask for questions and answers. He will not allow me to get involved in my own care and I have a doctors in pharmacy which I have some knowledge to ask for answers . I got offended and rude when I asked questions and wanted to quickly talk and examine and leave the room instead of taking his time to answer my questions . He is not caring or sympathetic .

Got right in within a weeks time! Everyone that I can in contact with was great. Excellent customer service all around! I saw the Nurse Practitioner and she was helpful. I got some procedures scheduled. It was a smooth process & I enjoyed my visit.

I was referred to Dr Sood for my colonoscopy. While obviously a very busy practice (which is a good sign) I did have to wait a bit to get scheduled. It was a coupe weeks for consultation 2 more weeks until procedure and 2 weeks for follow-up. At consultation I waited maybe 15 min before I saw the Dr. At the procedure it was clockwork. Arrived at 2 for my 2:30 I think I was "out" by 2:40 and finished by 3:30 out the door. I didn't expect to see the Dr. after procedure but he made the effort to stop by. All in all a good experience. In this town a busy Dr's office is a good sign. I don't mind having to wait if I can see an excellent Dr.

I have never written a bad review for ANYTHING in my life. I am a woman in my ‘70’s and am writing this review in the hope that someone reading this might be spared my absolutely horrendous experience recently. I scheduled the appointment myself to obtain basic diagnostic test referrals. I needed the doctor’s suggestions as I am not a candidate for anesthesia at this time. Dr. Sood was COMBATIVE and confrontational from the minute he walked in the room! It appeared that he felt the need to frighten-coerce me into getting a colonoscopy (requiring anaesthesia). I could see immediately something was wrong, but my efforts to get on the same page with him were completely unsuccessful. He wasn’t interested in a word I had to say and kept cutting me off before I could finish a sentence! Adding insult to injury, he accused me of LYING TO HIM – TWICE-- 2 separate issues!! Finally, I was given a test referral, but unfortunately, while checking out, Dr. Sood felt the need to follow me and… pick up on proving I had lied to him again about having had a colonoscopy. I was not lying. I could not believe his demeanor. Frustrated and VERY ATYPICAL from my normal behavior, I told him he was UPSETTING me, and I walked out of the office

I wish to commend Diana Perez for her amazing, compassionate & very efficient/professionalism . She is definitely an asset to your Medical Practice. Her kindness, empathy, knowledge & professional mannerism made a huge difference to us in dealing with the devastating news of my husband Terry Knezevich's diagnosis. Her kindness goes beyond the expected. She has answered any & of all my questions with such compassion thus making the entire process less frustrating. Dr. Sood was nice and informing.

Prior to making my appointment with the doctor I read several reviews claiming that he was uncaring and that he was never on time for his appointments. I don't know what occurred to those 2 people but I was called in right on time and the Doctor was caring and insightful. I would highly recommend him !
