Dr. Frank John Nemec, MD

I saw Dr. Nemec for severe constipation. I was using 5 and 6 kinds of laxatives a day and often had to use two or more enemas. He would not give me anything to help with it in my first appointment with him. Instead, he said to take Miralax. He then did a colonoscopy and found no issues according to him. He did not offer any further follow-up to try to determine why I had such severe constipation. I asked him again after the colonoscopy if he could prescribe something because I couldn't continue to use enemas and 5 or 6 kinds of laxatives. He said to use Miralax again. I said I did, and it wasn't helping. He said I have never heard of it not helping and left the recovery room. He did nothing to help me try to figure out my issue or to resolve it. I also never heard from his office about the tissue samples they took and the tests they did. This doctor should not be practicing and should not have a license. I went to him for help and he did absolutely nothing. He did not try to find… the reason why I was experiencing what I was. He made his money on his procedure and had no interest in getting to the root of the issue or helping me find relief from my issue. I saw him for my initial consultation and then for the colonoscopy and that was it. Waste of my time. I am now looking for a new doctor who will take their job seriously and do what they took an oath to do.

Had c-sope performed today. Dr Nemec and his staff were superb. Beuatiful facility;. Definitely recommend.

The worst staff. The office manager there 20 years and she has no clue how to hire people that are not idiots. This place is a joke.

Owns the endoscopy/colonoscopy facility, so he always schedules these for his patients. He FIRES difficult patients.

"Dr" Nemec was dismissive and brusque, and always scheduled an endoscopy and colonoscopy. He owned the endo/colonoscopy clinic. He is clearly just in it for the money.

I have been seeing Dr. Nemec for almost 18 years now. He is a great doctor who cares about his patients.

This Dr and Office is Super - these days hard to find excellence in all areas

My wife went to Dr Nemec for colon cancer screening and was given a clean bill of health. 12 month later she was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. I was at the same dr, got my screening repeated by a different provider and was told I had two polyps. I am not sure what Dr. Nemec is looking at, but it was NOT our intestines.

Staff is not competent and they do not follow up very well.

I had a short wait time but was not enamored with Dr. Nemec. I also thought he was rude, arrogant and pompous. Luckily my particular problem was handled in one visit. If I had needed further gastro care I would've have continued with him.
