Dr.Santharam has been my GI Dr for several years now. I am an Aurora patient referred to Pro Health by a friend, with a situation that I needed a different perspective on. He is very thorough responding to your concerns quickly with avenues to be administered until he can see you.His office staff, the best! I trust him with my health and his commitment to it! All aspects of the procedure went smoothly, from check in to discharge. Dr. Santharam has a pleasant bedside manner and explains the process and results in an understandable manner. Very pleased with all aspects of the visit.

The office staff at 1111 Delafield were friendly and helpful, they scheduled my colonoscopy with Dr. Santharam. I received prep instructions through the mail in a timely manner, and they were easy to understand. Two days before the procedure I received a call from RN Sue (very nice) about the procedure. Day of, I forgot the name of the nurse who started getting me ready (sorry), Nick and then Sue, they were great!! Made me feel relaxed. Dr. Santharam is a very good MD, communicated well and nice bedside manner. He is so on top of things that I went back for procedure 30 minutes early!

Dr Santharam and his team are very professional and work well together. The procedure was explained thoroughly to me as were any possible complications. Would highly recommend him to anyone that is planning on having a colonoscopy.
