Dr. Rajiv J Patel, DO

Just a follow up from my original rating. After being a patient in this practice for over 12 years, I was forced to move on because of the staff's non- compliance with mask wearing. I did try to call the office to speak to the Doctor to try to resolve the situation but the girl would not put my call through and didn't even leave a message with him that I had called. Totally disappointed with this office. I was trying to protect myself and my family including a small grandchild. Every other doctor/medical office I have been to during the pandemic the staff wears masks 100 percent of the time.

OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION THAT WAS ASKED. DR PATEL IS ONE OF A KIND. HE TAKES HIS TIME WITH EACH AND EVERY PATIENT AND VERY ATTENTIVE IN MY RECOVERY AND FOR THAT I AM THANKFUL. I WILL DEFINETLY REFER HIM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS

On two visits to this office, the staff were not wearing masks and were visibly annoyed when I asked them to put their masks on. The staff is very unprofessional and certainly not concerned about the well beings of the patients.

Unfortunately my CORRECT OVERALL RATING of 5 STARS for Dr Patel ( NOT 1 Star as previously listed) did NOT go through for my initial review below so I am resubmitting it as it originally should appear!! 5 STAR OVERALL RATING!

My family and I recently met Dr Patel when he became our cardiologist for one of my parents who had been admitted to HUMC for cardiac issues. I just can't say enough GREAT things about him ... both personally and professionally ... they just don't make Doctors like Dr Patel anymore! Dedicated, down to earth, professional and well trained ... I sincerely hope you do become one of his patients ... he's gained our respect and 3 new family members as patients as well!
