My visit was horrible The staff needs more training The manager is very unprofessional They all give you the same lies The one professional one was Keyana I’m glad she makes the right choice buy leaving Dr. Menon You need to step up your game with your staffs Oder wise no one will come to your clinic That’s all I have to say

Dr Menon is nice enough as a doctor until you realize he hides a lot of his incompetence behind his grossly unprofessional staff. There are much better doctors who actually care about their patients and doing their job properly. He failed me as a doctor when I needed him the most and never have I seen someone be so flippant and arrogant about it. If you are thinking of using this doctor, do yourself a favor and continue your search. The office doesn’t answer phone calls, they lose files with personal information, they do not follow through, and you will have to go into the office to resolve issues as small as making appointments and filling daily prescriptions.

I have to agree with some of these comment. Dr. Menon was my children doctor right after birth. He's an amazing doctor. However, his staff are disgusting! Due to his staff, I changed their pediatrician where the environment is welcoming and professional.

I would never recommend Dr. Rakesh Menon. If you choose to have your child in his care, you will be highly disappointed. He ensure that the physician assistant see all of his patients. Most of the time I brought my son to his office he never saw Dr. Menon. My last visit showed me that he has no compassion. My son and others were told he is in and will see patients. While sitting in the exam room with my sick son he advised the medical assistant to transfer us to another room to see the physician assistant. I was furious informing we were told he would see patients. She went to ask him again, and he said he was in a meeting. I was told by others he always say that while sitting in his office doing nothing. I asked to have him complete my son form that has been there for 2 months. Imagine they still have the nerve to charge fee for form completion. I immediately decided to choose another PCP and that was my best decision. Now I know my son will always see his pediatrian, be in the best… care, and not a physician assistant.

I cant believe how such a smart man in Dr. Rakesh can have such a incompitent stupid and ridiculous staff. I hate to be so blunt but it really doesnt make sense that a man of his statue can afford to be that utterly stupid in his choice of staff. I'm in the midst of changing doctors, not only because of non returned phone calls, but for unprofessional staff, $10 cost in medical forms along with 2 week wait and simply no communication. Unfortunately in Dr. Menon's case what they say is true "Book Smarts and Common Sense dont mix". You can only have one and in his case he only has book smarts and no common sense, this being in his choice of front desk staff. How do you not know your staff is a reflection on yourself and practice and if you do know this then you're beyond stupid for not making changes to correct things. Unfortunately I have to leave a complete negative rating even though he is a good doctor, his staff eliminates all good he is doing.

Dr. Menon is a very nice doctor. The service from the front office sucks. They never answer the phone. You try and now and verify for yourself. The doctor is great but the service sucks. I do not understand why he cannot make sure that his staff do their work. As for me I am changing my children's doctor.

Although Dr. Rakeesh is a great doctor, his administrative staff will be thw death of his private medical practice career. The staff almost never answers the phone and also never calls the patient back as they say. If they do answer the phone, they leave you on hold until you decide to call them back again. This medical office needs the staff to become more reliable. Oh by the way, you have to pay $10 for every form you have to getfilled out.... but guess what?.... after they take your money for the form to be filled out.... you'll wait a long time (weeks) before u get it filled out. Smh.... I think this place is all about the money.

Dr. Rakesh Menon was a doctor of my children for many years. He is a very caring and well-versed doctor. We really liked him and that was the only reason we stayed for so long. The unprofessional staff caused a few people we know to leave his practice for another, but we remained. Eventually it started to affect us and we had to leave. He needs to revamp his whole staff and start anew. A new and improved office does not mean a new and improved staff. The attitudes are unfriendly, unpleasant and most of all unprofessional. They systems they have in place don't work! Please Dr. Menon do something to improve your practice.
