Very knowledgeable he is one of the top urologist I have met.

Dr.Patel very good. I see him once a week sometimes and Sabrina and him are great together. They make me laugh and help with such an uncomfortable visit. I would recommend this office to anyone. His staff is excellent and he makes me feel like he cares about my health.

Dr Patel was alright but he was so rushed through the visit I barely got a chance to answer his questions. He should slow down a lot. He would get a much better rating!!

I had to have an appointment very quickly due to kidney stones. His staff member Sabrina was amazing and got me in the very next day. She was very pleasant and knew her job very well. I ended up having surgery the next day and his staff called the same day and scheduled a follow up appointment. At the follow up Sabrina again was very kind and explained in detail what was going to happen with the removal of the stent. I would recommend Dr. Patel to family and friends.

I had one doctor's visit and one procedure done with doctor Patel. His professionalism is outstanding but he fell short after the procedure by no making a follow up phone call to see how I was doing the day after surgery . I called his office and had Sabrina , who claimed to be his nurse , answered the call . She was rude, defensive and somehow threatening while answering that the doctor will not call me but he will see me in a week. I insisted for the doctor to give me a call back with no positive outcome . I look forward to continue seeing doctor Patel but would love to see Sabrina and Rhonda being retrained in customer service and treating the patients with respect and dignity. Sabrina had the oddasity to to tell me that if I wanted her respect I needed to earn it !!???? Very inappropriate. Even though I identified myself as medical personnel hoping to make her aware of the unprofessional way she was handeling the call. All I expected and was requiring was a phone call from the… doctor . Nothing out of the ordinary. This is unacceptable . I am , have been and will be a patient advocate . I will always fight behaviors like this one and denounce them publicly. No patient should be subject to rudeness

Extremely pleased to have him as my Doctor . Had to have my right kidney taken out. Had very good results, and very little pain after surgery.
