The service may be OK, but the billing department is the worst, careful how you answer with the Dr questions they usually bill you twice for the same service it seems like a normal standard for them.

Even though you go on your scheduled time, you have to wait too long to get your turn. So disorganized place.

I left the office with a sad heart today. I took my loved one for a sick visit. Concerned over my loved ones health, entrusting the care to Dr. Leon, and left numb and with a heavy heart. Over 3/4 of the visit was spent with him making it clear how busy he was, how he was TOLD that he HAD to see my loved one by an administrator, how he barely had a lunch break. He continued on saying how his schedule was packed, that he had so many more patients to see. I explained that my loved ones health was deteriorating and I was turning to him for guidance. His demeanor and responses were unprofessional, disrespectful, and lacked compassion. As a professional, I understand the financial demands of a business. Though as a patient and vulnerable, desperate, family member of a loved one, those pressures should not be relayed to me. Rather than professionalism and empathy, I was treated as a slot in the schedule. My emotions, worries were completely disregarded. He said that I was an “emotional… mess” rather than offering positive words of support. Silence would have been better. Also, my loved one’s presence was completely disregarded as he insensitively asked me where my loved one wanted to die. Emotionless. He lacked any sense of humanity. I have never written a negative medical review because I have never had a medical encounter as disappointing, disheartening, and insulting as this one. In previous encounters he had some surprising comments which I brushed off understanding that he is human too and may have been having a bad day. I respect that a doctor has emotions, good days, bad days, needs and family pressures like any other person. But the problems should be left out of the exam room. It’s not what you say....it’s how you say it. Dr. Leon needs a few lessons in tact, grace, respect, professionalism, empathy, and most of all compassion.

Injured my back and was given a very minimal exam. No xray or tests were ordered. He did not even look at my back. First words he said to me was a lecture about being a drug seeker when I DID NOT even ask for pain meds. He spent the whole appt accusing me of seeking narcotics. I will never see him again.

Takes his time to listen, shares advice on OTC medicines, follows up. I was a Navy pilot for 21 years, Dr. Leon is my first civ doctor and as good as any I've had.
