Dr. Ralph Albert Rophie, MD

I have been there twice and each visit was worse than the last. I have never encountered such incompetence by a staff. Took over a month to be told about my lab results even though I viewed them on the online portal the day after the test. The doctor never spoke to me about them and I quote "I don't have time to talk to every patient about their results." And I had something wrong that he wanted me to start medication for and I was left to google my results and meds. He is very rude and does not listen. It took over a week with multiple phone calls from me and the pharmacists to get refills. No email, no credit cards so my HSA card was useless. The doctor never even asked me if I was feeling better with the medication during my follow up appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. I think all he cares about is his Medical Marijuana patients. I really could go on and on because every interaction with the staff and the doctor has been horrible and unacceptable... but just stay away.

Dr. Rophie in my opinion is an excellent Doctor. He explains everything in Layman terms, He's patient, You don't feel rushed and he will answer and explain every question you ask...

Listens well, explains everything, he is the most caring doctor I have ever been to. I would strongly recommend Dr. Rophie.
