Dr. Ralph Spencer Stoetzel, MD

Excellent experience with Dr. Spencer Stoetzel. This was my third orthopedic medical problem requiring attention. There was no question about returning to Dr. Stoetzel’s office for diagnosis and treatment. He explained everything clearly and I felt heard and educated about my condition and my options. He asked thoughtful questions regarding my work which related to the outcome and success of my surgery. I had already done my own research which aligned with what I was told and knew what my choice would be. His staff were all helpful in their respective roles too. I like the warmth and friendliness of this office. I know Dr. Stoetzel is a skilled surgeon after my knee surgery four years ago. There is no difference between the knee that was repaired and my other knee. I trust I will have a similar outcome with my shoulder surgery. If you want to go to an orthopedic office and not feel like a number, this is the place.

He had a good sense of humor and was laid back.

I've been seeing Dr. Stoetzel for several years now for hyalgan injections in my knee. He's been a great Dr. He is very knowledgeable, and understanding of me not wanting knee replacement surgery just yet.

I’m through my second visit with him, he’s very professional and understandable so far in caring for my lower back pain. I am slowly recovering with prn muscle relaxants and therapy.

He is kind understanding and cares. He is highly intelligent with the spine and helped me with my pain!
