Dr. Ralph Pope Willett, MD

This doctor diagnosed me with class 3 severe obesity I’m 5 7 tall they put 4 6 in the office notes , weight 172 do they put a high BMI that was about a year ago, called staff said could not do anything about it until my next appointment , then i went again earlier this year they didn’t fix it , until my last visit , he even called me fat when I am a person who exercise 4 times to 5 a week I have muscle weight , then another time he told me I was old and out if my mind this is unacceptable not nice at all then in last visit nurse was making fun of me even asking me personal questions anyways got a survey in my email filled out and then someone called Jamie smith who said is the practice manager told me nurse was joking and I told her I’m never going back to that practice because of their incompetence and she seem defensive and even yelled me over the phone this is not professional at all not recommending no one to this place based on the way i was treated first doctor giving a bad… diagnose because they put my height wrong but clearly he could see me I was nit 4 6 tall then calling me fat and old who does that and at the end being yelled by the practice manager no way going with my business elsewhere , also I think they even racially profiled me I’m Latino but not ignorant and us citizen and know my rights , and checking the other reviews and I’m shocked now not the only one

This Doctor is joke. Ridiculous to say the least. Treated me like a drug addict because I know my body and what works for me for my anxiety. Also had the audacity to tell me I was trying to be my own doctor. Because I said I was not going to take anti depressants.

This doctor and his PA are incompetent.

I went in for treatment of migraine's and leg pain. They administered a shot for the migraine which ended up in a horrible infection from the injection. They were hesitant to prescribe medications to alleviate pain and never tried to diagnose the leg pain. I had applied to another physician's office before I got established with this office and they delayed processing the paperwork, when they did send for a copy of my records the NP Kathy, had the staff cancel my appointments and refused to refil prescriptions with no communications and when confronted they said they assumed I was changing doctors and even after I explained refused to reschudle appt or refill meds. I had to quote American Medical Association Laws to them before they would even officially discharge me as a patient. I was in limbo, I was still a patient but they were refusing me treatment..Imao!!! Stay away from this place. They treated my dad with disrespect as well as another friend that has serious complaints as… well...Patient Beware!
