Dr. Rama Reddy, MD

I went to Dr Reddy bcuz she was the only Endo Dr I could find in my area that took my insurance. The staff seemed nice but everyone seem to be on there own mission and no one worked together so everything seemed out of order and lax. One nurse running around trying to fill in the gaps and all the others huddled around the front desk trying to look busy. Dr Reddy was very nice but when she diagnosed me with an Adrenal problem I automatically started asking questions and she just ignored me! I asked again and again and she just kept searching the computer! Finally she said we'll get to those problems when they arrive! Then she proceeded to call my regular Dr who sent me to her and discuss it with her! It was almost as if she was asking her what her next move should be! I was confused and felt really unsure about her ability to care for me. I am considering paying out of pocket to get better care! Also, when she gets your results she talks out loud to herself saying things like "hmmm!… This not good!" It is so frightening and then when she finally addresses you she is vague and says don't worry it's nothing that can't be fixed! She even asked me "do u eat a lot of Liquorice? I was like huh? Uh......no. And she said ok never mind! I left feeling ver uneasy. I don't want to say she isn't capable because she has obviously gone to school but her staff and the way her office runs and then the way she handles her patients discredits her abilities a lot!

quite possible the worst doctor ever. she has the biggest attitude, she does not understand English that well, and she is unprofessional.

Dr reddy is good,but she dont remember the patients history.she dont look at the previous lab works.it takes a minimum of an hr to see the doctor.i always have to wait more than 90 min,which is soo stupid.no one explains about the delay.planning to change the doctor.

Dr. Reddy is excellent. Very knowledgeable and truly interested in her patients. Willing to spend a lot of time with patients to fully explain and answer all questions. However, I must say that the office staff is horrendous. Terrible. Absolutely appalling how bad they are. Extremely rude on the phone, and snotty in person. Also don't know what is going on. I called because I needed authorization for a procedure and I was transferred around and around in circles because no one knew whom I should be talking to or how to help me, and wouldn't even spend a moment trying. I think it is very unfortunate when a really good physician is paired with such a horrific staff, because it completely detracts from patient satisfaction and makes the physician look bad, even when she is not.

Been going to this Dr for last few years.Why I do not know.Has not really accomplished anything.Up to about 6 months ago I had no insurance,so I payed out of my pocket.When I went 6 months ago for visit I showed my ins. card was told was excepted.On my next visit I am told no my insurance is not excepted.I had a bad vibe since I started to see this Dr,I should have known better.Was always in one room & 5 mins later on to the next.

Listen to all of the reviews below!! I am kicking myself for reading the reviews then going to "see for myself". This was definitely the WORST experience at a doctor's office that I've ever had. I show up 10 minutes before my appointment. And from there I'm waiting and waiting and waiting. Finally after an hour and 15 mins, I ask the lady at the desk how much longer. She is very nice and apologizes and says that the doctor had to take an emergency patient and I'll be next when she is done with them. So I sit down to patiently wait longer, although I'm a bit annoyed at this point that they didn't warn me that she would be taking an emergency patient and give me the option to reschedule. Then in walks in this couple and 10 minutes later they get called in. Now, I go back up to the desk to reschedule because I had to get back to work and I was furious they would take in even more patients before me. The nice woman at the desk tells the office manager that I've been waiting for… some time. Then the office manager proceeds to look for my chart....it's not there...oh the doctor must've taken the wrong chart into the room. Let's see...the doctor took the wrong chart because I was in fact next up. So, the office manager tells the doctor and the doctor meets with me for all of 5 minutes. Where she proceeds to talk in all of these diagnosis words that I have no clue about but refuse to even bother because at this point I knew I was going for a second opinion! She was extremely short with me because she knew that I called her out on taking her other patients in before me! She has no bedside manner. Didn't apologize for having me wait for an hour and a half! She basically didn't care and met with me for 5 minutes and dismissed me. I typically don't complain, especially about doctor's but as you can probably tell, I'm livid!!!!!!! I wondered why she had such a low rating and now extremely positive reviews and I know now! Do yourself a favor, save yourself the grief, and try to find a doctor that truly care because this one doesn't seem to care about new patients whatsoever!!!!

I have never complained but this is necessary - I was not pleased with this doctor at all. I had to get bloodwork and was told to come in any time before 5 p.m. when I got there at 4:30 p.m. I was given an attitude and after I explained that the receptionist had given me that time I was later told (with attitude) to remember next time before 4 p.m. When getting my results, I was asked three times where and when I had done my bloodwork when I had done it there only a week before. The doctor continued to walk in and out of the office, speaking to other patients until finally sitting down with me. She barely looked at me and was just reading the results from the computer as if I had studied medical school and understood the terms. She later told me to make an appt for three months later and gave me two prescriptions. I only noticed one and assumed it was my thyroid medication, hence, I was found thyroid cancer and had a thyroidectomy done. When going to the pharmacy I noticed I had… a prescription to get something done. She never explained to me what it was and/or where I was to go to get it done. I later left three message asking what it was for and here I am today still waiting. Needless to say I am finding a new doctor because in my experience she was the most unprofessional and unorganized doctor I have ever dealt with. Bottom line, I would never refer her to anyone.

Dr. Reddy does not care about her patients. Does not spend time with you.It is apalling that the drug store cannot call in to get your prescription filled. I recommend you go somewhere else. We did.

First trying to get something done by her office staff is near impossible. They are not all rude but the ones who are make it near impossible to overlook it. Hate that I am left with no choice but to look for a new doctor, because in addition to her poor staff, she really has no interest in treating someone for Thyroid issues. The same standard practice of handing out prescriptions.

This office is a nightmare. The office staff are not very pleasant and they arenot helpful if you need a rx filled, and they are always rescheduling appts, stayaway from here if you can although it is very difficult to find any good endos
