He was a good doctor and did what he needed to do. Helped me get situated with medicine and was very helpful in explaining everything. overall good job

I hardly review a product or service but had to make sure I get this out so others don't make the same mistake--Do Not go see Dr. Rao for the following reasons: 1) Poorly staffed...assistant gets appointments wrong and not kind, courteous. I don't fault her though...I fault the doctor's lack of training her properly. 2) Doctor is arrogant, pretentious, feels like he has you figured out in 5 minutes. Has no personal connection with patients--he looked at computer screen the whole time and made little eye contact. 3) does not listen to patient..felt compelled to air his superiority before really engaging in the patient. 4) Office is poor--has unhung picture frames all over floor and walls are paper thin. Easy for folks next door to listen to everything being said. He is by far the worst doctor in any profession I have ever met. Do not be impressed with his website or what his brand of psychology is. You are better off seeing anyone but Dr. Rao. I would keep rate zero stars if this… website allowed for it.

The doctor put my child on medicine which was fine but, they made it very difficult to get refills or appointments to be seen to see if the medicine needed to be adjusted or reviewed. The receptionist was rude and very uncaring. Ashley could care less if she helped patients communicate with the doctor.
