Dr. Ram is thorough, efficient, and helpful in every way. He has repeatedly impressed my family with his attention to detail and the effort to benefit the overall well being our our children. I can't recommend him enough!

I was so relieved when I read the other review regarding Dr. Ram's demeanor. This man made me feel like an awful parent and I would cry after almost every appointment. We finally switched docs. He was always very curt with me. He was not easy to work with, or personable at all. Not sure how great of a doctor he is, it seemed like my son's issues often required referrals which he was reluctant to give for some reason or another.

Dr. Ram is a great doctor in the fact that he can figure out what is wrong and treat it. I would trust my children's health to him anyday. Plus, he is available 24/7 in case of emergency. Really love that security. Where I personally have issues about Dr. Ram is he makes me feel like an idiot as a parent. He doesn't listen to me. He makes me feel like he is in a rush and he sees everything as black or white. Do it he's way or your not being a great parent. So, in short he is really great with the kids and their health but needs improvement on how he deals and interacts with the parents. As far as his staff goes I would give them an ok. They aren't friendly but their not rude. They act more professional than laid back and human. I wish they would act like they actually enjoyed their jobs. Again, neutral on the staff. Hope this helps other parents in making a decision.
