I was having a tumor removed , was very nervous, he came stood by me , held my hands and assured me everything will be ok I promise he said,I typically have nausea after surgeries this is the only time i didnt have any, he also explained he will do somekind of nerve block to alleviate the pain which worked like magic at least for the first 36 hours I highly recommend him

Extremely nice anesthesiologist , he explains everything in details before the surgery, made me feel very comfortable, excellent bedaide manners , and great management before and after surgery , woke up after major abdominal surgery with zero pain with a nerve block he made to me as he explained before surgery

Dr. Ghaly is warm, caring and listens to his patient's concerns.I was about to walk out of Orange Coast hospital over anxiety I felt about my upcoming surgery. Dr Ghaly assured me everything was going to be ok. I don't know what he used, but it is honestly the first time I have come out of surgery without one side effect at all! If I should need an anesthesiologist in the future, Dr Ghaly is the only doctor I will use.
