Dr. Rami Nersi Payman, MD

I have been in Dr. Payman’s care for over 4 years. I personally think Dr. Payman is a great doctor, until he isn’t. I needed a serious ear surgery to help restore my quality of life and after canceling the surgery, while I was my mother's only caretaker while she was on hospice and dying and having 2nd thoughts at the time and then begging for a 2nd chance, Dr. Payman gave me a bogus condition and then treated me for the bogus condition for over a year and half, which I have already got confirmed I don’t have in either ear. Instead of helping me find a new surgeon for my medical emergency, he fed me lies. After losing hearing I was told not to return to his office. Although before kicking me out, he put an ear tube in my other ear that didn’t need an ear tube medical; to forge his medical documents to fit the bogus condition he gave me, to protect himself. Dr. Payman not only caused my somatic issues to skyrocket and gave me more hearing loss than I already had, but now I must get the… eardrum surgery closed from his malpractice. I don’t know what I done to this doctor for him to treat me like this. Although, I bet he forgot I major in law.

I’m very happy with Dr. Payman. He knows his stuff and has always done everything he could to help me feel and get better. I couldn’t ask for more in a doctor. I’ve seen him I believe a couple of years now and he has always easily helped me resolve my issues.

My cholesteatoma surrounded my facial nerve. A lesser surgeon might have nicked it leaving me with facial paralysis. Dr Payman is so transparent, he has shown me video of my surgery and I get to watch out-patient procedures on a monitor as he performs them. I know he always has my best interest in mind. He is personable, knowledgeable and kind. The best kind of doctor!

Always listens to my concerns. Keeps me educated about everything that is going on. Great Dr. Also, Julianne is super accommodating and helpful. She's the best

Dr. Payman listened and spent time explaining what I was experiencing and why. He was extremely personable and professional. His staff were exceptional as well! Would highly recommend him...

I think he could tell I was having anxiety from the moment he stepped in, but quickly his mannerisms settled me down. He listened to my concerns, issues, & information throughly without interrupting. He explained what he was going to do, & why. I felt he gave me a very through exam, & was spot on with diagnosis. He did not rush me, & would not let me leave until my questions/concerns were answered. I am extremely satisfied, & happy that I was able to be seen by him.

Dr. Payman is very attentive and caring. I felt very comfortable with him. I was hoping he would find a more concrete reason for my nosebleeds but perhaps there isn't one.

Dr Payman was extremely knowledgeable. He talked through everything he was going to do before he did it and then again while he was doing it. Answered all of my questions and took his time with me. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would!

Dr. Payman and his staff provide the best medical experience I’ve ever had. He and his staff provide a professional, yet personal and caring medical experience. I called back a couple of days later with a question and they promptly returned my call in an equally caring manner. Dr. Payman and his staff are the best!
