Overbooked as always.

When I met dr Elias I was coming out of a coma he said I looked great I said he needed glasses. He has good bedside manner unless you ask one to many questions and then he thinks you are trying to be a doctor and patient. It’s true he has at least 3 offices, does hospital duties, nursing home rounds and more I’m sure, I’m just not sure if you can be effective with that much work. Dr Elias has a lot to do with a little time, I think he would be a better doctor if money were not an issue. He does think his opinion is the only one that matters and as far as wait time, I waited 12 hours for him before I had to ama out of the hospital again. However I’m not afraid to say I have a life also not just the good doctor. Be on time and answer your phone sometime. If you use a number he doesn’t recognize he will answer right away. Now don’t be upset Ramiz you know I’m only being truthful, call me I’ve always got time for you.

Dr. Ramiz Elias is the first primary care doctor that actually took the time to listen to me. I felt like I was not being rushed and he was very attentive, which I really appreciate. Nice staff as well and very new office in El Cajon. Booking my appointment was easy on his website and I got a call back in the morning to confirm the afternoon appointment. Great experience !

Expect long waits, little to no care from the doctor or the front desk, appointments are impossible to get, calls are never returned.

Dr. Ramiz Elias is tentative and thorough. He’s very helpful in explaining to you exactly what is going on. I was in the hospital a few times and he made sure to come in and check on me. He follows through with aftercare. It’s been along time since I have had such a caring doctor. His office staff is very friendly and helpful. Making appointment is extremely easy with not too long of a wait like the most offices that only have appointments weeks out, you can usually get into doctors office within 1 to 3 days. Cynthia his office manager is GREAT!! I am so glad that I found Dr. Ramiz Elias and this office. I am also happy that he opened a second office closer to my house.

Dr Ramiz Elias is tentative and caring and takes time to explain. I’ve only had him as a Doctor for about 7 months and I’m very pleased. I’ve been hospitalized a few times and he always shows up to check and examine me. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a caring Doctor and I’m so glad I’ve found Dr Ramiz Elias. His office staff is very friendly and that makes things so much easier on a patient. I’m so glad he’s opened a second office closer to my house. Appointments are scheduled in a timely manner unlike some office that schedule you weeks out. NOT THIS OFFICE! Cynthia the office manager is EXCELLENT!

Dr Elias is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything even when it takes a little extra time for me to understand what he is telling me. That’s very rare these days as most Doctors are trying to get their patients in and out as quickly as possible. Not Dr Elias, he takes as much time with his patients as needed for you to understand everything that’s going on. He’s a very knowledgeable patient Doctor. I’m so happy that he is my PCP. I just hope my PCP doesn’t change. His office staff is very kind and knowledgeable and takes the time to help with whatever I need help with. Thank goodness I’ve found a great group of professionals.
