Dr. Ramon A. Batson, MD

I have known Dr Batson for many years and when I needed to have surgery for a herniated disc in my neck, I choose Dr Batson as my surgeon. I have needed additional surgeries over the years, and for each procedure, Dr Batson has been there. The office staff have always been friendly and responsive. Dr Batson is knowledgeable, compassionate, personable and caring and a surgeon I would recommend.

A few years back I ruptured the disk in my back. Pain on a 1-10 was about 89. I had very little use of my right leg evidenced by an MRI. Dr. Batson operated on me. Not only was I returned to 100% right away but 6 years later, still no deficits and feeling great. No need for flexeril, pain meds ever again. His bedside manner is fabulous. This is one Exceptional Surgeon and a pretty fabulous person to boot!

Dr. Batson is an excellent surgeon. I had excruciating sciatica and severe nerve compression. He and Dr. Kramer worked for 7 hours to repair the damage. The result is I am no longer suffering from the sciatic pain. I can't thank Dr. Batson enough for the work he did.

What an awful first time experience. I waited a month for this appt. for my neck. Dr. Batson spent 4 minutes with me, performed a "reflex" test and never asked me 1 question pertaining to my problem and sent me out to have his staff call in an appt. for MRI. It's been 4 days, and I'm still waiting for his office staff to let me know when my appt. for MRI is scheduled. This is a "sign" of the times to come as far as I'm concerned. Look for a new doctor, this one could care less and his rude, disconcerning staff is no better.

Thanks to Dr. Batson for the surgury that enabled me to continue working. I am grateful for his collaboration with Dr. Anand on a surgical procedure that was more successful than I could have hoped for. Thank you for being a warm, considerate, excellent surgeon.
