Took my mother to see Dr. Castillo and his care, attention to detail, and compassion was phenomenal. Very impressed with Dr. Castillo and would recommend him to everyone.

I recently had the opportunity to see Dr. Castillo, and I can't praise their expertise and compassion enough. Dr. Castillo was incredibly knowledgeable, providing clear explanations and addressing all my concerns. Their empathy and understanding made me feel comfortable discussing my health issues. He was very kind and truly care about me and my mom. Overall, it was a truly positive experience, and I highly recommend Dr. Castillo for his exceptional care.

Today was a pleasant surprise! I had never been to a urgent care facility before and was extremely anxious having had a night of fever and the fifth day of excessive coughing- I needed reassurance and that's exactly what I got! Dr. Ramon Castillo is a gift to that entire operation and deserves a trophy or award for his service and dedication to his patients. He treated me with patience and such kind gentle heart that is rare in this industry- he really made me feel like I was being taken care of the same way he might care for his family member. Overall, my rating would exceed a 5 if I could I would give him 10 out of 5 because absolutely exceeded expectations. My visit to the urgent care went wonderfully and the real hero today was Dr. Ramon Castillo - he deserves recognition for his exemplary service to his craft today. He is the embodiment of what modern medicine should be and frankly feels like it’s ‘lost’ this personal touch. Upon leaving I was moved to Thank Dr. Castillo for his… help today and this was his honest reply: ‘I am a Christian- if I didn’t treat you well today God would ask me ‘what have you done with my brothers and sisters?’ ...I’m not overly religious but this was perhaps the most powerful response I could have received - this man is genuinely motivated to be of service and has impeccable value and moral code. Bravo Dr. Ramon Castillo for surpassing any and all expectations! And thank you for being a shining light in what medicine truly is about! Bravo!

Dr Ramón is an excellent Doctor, knowledgeable, caring, profesional. He takes his time and care about his patient.He is detail ,he takes his time with his patient, he is compassionate He definitely has a vocation to be a Doctor.Great service.

My dad sees Dr. Ramon Castillo. His clinic Preferred Medical Group is beautiful with sweet charming service. The doctor is very knowledgeable, professional, really truly cares for his patients’ health. Tells you exactly what you have and what needs to be done to remedy it. Mi papá ve al Dr. Ramón Castillo.
