Unfortunately, there isn't a negative star option, or that is what I would choose. Dr. Cuevas' bedside manner is okay, but he talks fast and is hard to understand. My daughter was seen once, briefly, then prescribed a copious of pain pills (which we chose not to have her take), had an MRI well over a week ago and we still can't get a response or call back. We have to call several times to get through and are promised a call back within 20 minutes or before the end of the day and no one ever calls back. God forbid there is actually something wrong with our child because we have yet to hear back from this doctor. The office staff is inept and careless. It is astounding that we had to wait 6 months for an appointment to see this doctor because this is probably one of the worst experiences we have ever had with a medical practice, which suggests there is a shortage of pediatric neurologists in our area. I would strongly advise going somewhere else if you have any real concerns about your… child. This practice needs to brush up their act because they are an epic fail and disappointment.

Dr. Cuevas and his assistant, April, are wonderful! We are grateful for their care, concern, and professionalism!

Dr cuevas spent tons of time with us and was very detail oriented. The problems we had were the long wait to be seen, lack of follow up, and the frustration of nit being abke to communicate with the doctor about our results and next steps. The office does nit le you communicate to tge doctor except fir messages. It also took his office 4 days to get me the MRI results for my child. I think 4 days is too long to have an anxious parent wait especially when they had the results in their hands the next day.
