Expectational service. Really worked hard helped my nephew through his behaviors and even offers a great Therapy session!

Great doctor, great staff. He doesn't play around. Has a high expectation that the patient take an active role in his/her recovery.

Read the other reviews...How ridiculous to expect any doctor or mortal, for that matter, to immediately "cure" you from your mental issues. I have been under psychiatric care since 15 (40 years old) and I can say Dr. Sanchez is stellar... Psychiatrist are not there to spend hours listening to problems...that's what psychologist are for...He treats the chemical/mechnical aspects of the mental disease/disorder... And with no crystal ball or tarot card reading as to what your past entails, I think he does an excellent job at prescribing and assisting with properly adjusting meds...His staff makes every attempt to accommodate patients, but keep in mind the range of cases they serve - from severe to mild...and each individual is unique and some can be impossible to please or pacifiy -EVER!!! I like that they work as a team...almost like a family... I wouldn't want my dirty laundry aired to just anyone...They inspire trust and make me and my family feel comfortable...and that, for… "mental" peeps is paramount....

Ever since I have started seeing this psychiatrist since the beginning of the year 2013, I would not recommend this doctor at all because of discourtesy of his front desk ( includes the office manager ) and nurse practioner as well. And I also agree with the other reviews that I have seen on here as well.

Dr. Sanchez dropped my son as a patient when my son was in the worst phychotic episode because we canceld an appointment. He made him a new patient and we were told that he was not going to see new patient until the next 6 months. My Family called and pleaded to have the Dr. call us back and make an exception as to why my son didn't make his appointment. I thought this was very, very inhumane of Dr. Ramon Sanchez. You would think that in this Profession he would UNDERSTAND why his patients cancel appointments beyond their control. He never encouraged my son who was strugglng for his very first time with a diagnosis that we were so clueless about. He has no Empathy for his patients, none whatsoever that I witnessed anyway. I would never, ever take my son back to Dr. Ramon Sanchez. It was my worst descision ever when I took him there a couple of times in hope that this Dr. would be able to be compassionate and understand my son's medical needs. My advise would be to not use this Dr. Look… somewhere else, you will be glad you did.

I have been to see him several times and he wants to see you every month just to write your meds as to where he could give your 3 or 4 refills non of my meds are ones that are required to be done on a month to month basis.If the pharmacy has to call him reguarding a RX he and or staff take several days even when you tell them that you are out of meds all the staff tells you is he will look at it when he is done seeing paticents at the end of the day. I had to call every day for 4 days and finally on a Friday at 4PM got somone on the line who got him to ok the refill but, I had to explain that I had been out of meds for days and if it was not taken care of that day I would have to go through the entire weekend without meds. He rushes you through the appointment. Has a very poor bedside manner hardley looks you in the eye when your speaking with him he is looking out the window and really dont write down what your telling him. I had requested 2 times during the month to have Dr.Sanchez… call me because of what the meds where making me feel and he had his staff call me and tell me that we would go over it at my next appointment and that was over 2 weeks untill my appointment. When I brought it up to him during my appointment he told me that I needed to see a counselor that he dont call paticents back. I am going to change Dr's and would hope that if you really want help he is not the one for you but if all your looking for is someone to write your RX and not care about your mental health he may be for you.
