WARNING STAY AWAY, this practice bills your insurance for visits and then they do not follow through with medication when you need it. they bill the insurance for telehealth visits for 5 min phone calls and then they say they cant send any thing to your pharmacy, I HAVE ALWAYS had issues with this practice and being in the medical field myself I know the In's and Outs of everything, even when the provider tells the staff too send in a medication they do not. the office staff has no experience and runs the front desk like a carnival. they only take care of their own and whoever really needs help, they make them wait hours too be seen, they over book and i have walked out several times because of this practive.

There is a Donald Trump Jr. award plate mounted in this office. If valid medical credentials are important to you, you might want to know this. I have been billed by this office for appointments I never had. They frequently botched my prescriptions to my pharmacy for basic things. You will be left on hold for upwards of 20 minutes when no one is in the office. I have waited over an hour for appointments scheduled well in advance. This office botches my prescriptions to my pharmacy every time and every refill involved 2-5 calls to the office. The office is filled with "fat-freezing" ads, which is fat-phobic and not valid medicine. Awful.

They keep you waiting and waiting…

I went into the office without an appointment. I was seen promptly. The PA and nurse made sure I was comfortable as they drained my ear abscess. They made me feel at ease as they helped better! perfect experience.

Dr. Joudeh embodies what a Doctor should be. He listens attentively, explains his thought process, and creatively approaches the presenting condition. I'm privileged to have him work with my daughter.

I advised my mom to go to dr jooudeh but he caused pain to mom when he sent her to do cupping therapy in his clinic without to consider that my mom is diabetic, he treats my mom badly and his stuff are very rude, they don’t care for elder people to wait all day

Creative billing, long wait. Annoyed if you test results , doesn't return calls.

The doctor was very professional, his staff was extremely courteous, and pleasant to deal with. I enjoyed the environment and atmosphere of the office, it brought a sense of peace when I walked in and found the staff very helpful.
