Dr. Kassir is an excellent doctor! His professionalism, skill, precision, bedside manner are remarkable! He truly has hands of gold and a vision of a true artist! He is the Butcher of plastic surgery. DO NOT GO TO HIM TO GET A RHINOPLASTY HE RUINS FACES. Everyone needs to report him. Natasha his manager is a horrible human being and her demeanor is disgusting the way she treats patients. They tell you lies to trick you into surgery and basically rob you for a botched up job. BE WARNED. I am gathering enough information to report him to the medical board. He doesn’t deserve a license.

After seeing the beautiful results and hearing how happy they are with their results, I made the decision to have Dr Kassir do his magic on my face. He’s a brilliantly skilled surgeon and I was completely confident in his abilities to take take such good care of me. It’s been one month post op and I’m so pleased with the results of my surgery. I had a brow, face, neck, lip lift, nose, upper and lower eyes and CO2 laser treatment. The outcome has exceeded my expectations already. Dr. Kassir helped me with ongoing sinus issues which I’ve had multiple surgeries for. He is the only Dr. who resolved those issues. I am grateful. He also made my nose look better as an added benefit!

If you are inquiring about getting any sort of cosmetic enhancements, I suggest you STRONGLY consider going somewhere else. I am not one to complain, in fact, this is my first ever bad review. But my experience here has been so beyond poor that I have to say something. Basically every step of the process there has been something off. The staff is beyond uninformative. After my procedure I got my brace off a week later by Dr Seyed, it’s like I was no longer a client. During my consultation, I was told that follow up appointments were a part of their policy when someone (like myself) were to get rhinoplasty for up to a year - to make sure everything is healing as it should and there are no complications. I have not had a single follow up appointment (it’s been a year and 4 months since I’ve had my procedure). Instead, I got an email 7 months after asking how I was. When I replied with my honesty, I never received any word back. It was much more than that, my biggest issue now though is… my payment status. Being told I would be interest free for a certain amount of time and set up on my account another way. After calling about this issue for 3 months hoping something would get resolved, I finally got a response through email. One person telling me one thing, another person telling me something different. Both things are different than what I was told by someone else prior to even setting up to have the procedure. I sent out an email to the first person I ever spoke with about this situation and never even received a response. My whole point is that an experience I was extremely excited about turned into something I wish I didn’t even do because all of this stress and money wasn’t worth a mediocre nose job. Once you’re in the system and you’re a paying client, you’re completely insignificant. I hate to even talk bad about businesses, but after all of the disappointment I’ve experienced here I felt compelled to say something. Never going back.
