Dr. Raney answered all of my questions and educated me on my condition. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a kind and professional ENT doctor. The staff was nice and welcoming.

Horrific Surgeon I'm left with facial paralysis and thousands in reconstruction surgery

Front desk woman answering the phone are rude and obnoxious. Dr. Rainey is NEVER available. Today I called regarding my daughters ear tube that he did in Aug is now plugged and causing an infection, she’s had 104 fever for 2 days and the best they could do was put me down to see him 1 month later... oh but you can see a physicians assistant 3 weeks later.... does that make any sense to you? If a child is suffering right now, make them wait 1 month? Absolute joke. Will NEVER waste another second on this place.

Dr Rainey is amazing! He takes his time with you and answers questions! Yes, there is a wait time but it’s because he takes his time to help you understand! He is a great kind dr! However there is a huge problem with getting return calls when you have a problem or concern at home in between appointments. It’s like a bad game of “telephone”between when you leave the message and get get called back. Then when you do get an answer via the nurse you can’t ask for clarification. They don’t know because their isn’t one consistent nurse or nurses handling your case. It can take days to get answers even if it’s over important medication! It’s been very frustrating to say the least! Also beware of the compounding pharmacy it is always very inconsistent! I recommend the dr but just know there are challenges with any issues in between appointments!

Arrived for my appointment only to be told the doctor wasn't there. Front desk lady told me the office called me and left a voicemail. I verified my cell phone number which was the same one she had. I never received a call nor was any vm left. This is after I took off work. Dr can charge fee if you are late or no show. What is the patients recourse for lost time? This is a dishonest front office. I never received any calls nor could she tell me when the calls were made. This seems to be a reoccurring theme with this doctor. Would not recommend.

Dr. Raney is a great surgeon! He was very thorough and caught things that other doctors completely missed. He was great at explaining my surgery to me and drawing diagrams. He was also on call after my surgery and I was able to talk to him and get my questions answered. I would definitely recommend him!

This was the best experience I have had with a doctor in the last 20 years! Highly recommend Dr Raney.

Dr. Raney is warm, compassionate and very thorough. He exudes confidence and I trust him unequivocally.

I was referred by my endocrinologist for a total thyroidectomy. Went in with a full typed page of questions and couldn't have been more pleased with Dr. Raney. He answered every question, gave in-depth information, drew diagrams, had visual aids, and spent a very long time with me without ever seeming impatient or dismissive. For anyone complaining about the wait, it's probably due to patients like me facing a possible cancer diagnosis wanting detailed information about surgery and its aftermath. I now know I was sent to a "Top Gun" surgeon and feel totally safe in his hands.
