Dr Werbitt was one amazing Dr But now I can’t even see him The office says I can see a nurse physician as Dr Werbitt has other locations that are too far away for me I used to also have him check out my daughter but that no longer works. Some company? Took over his office and it’s frustrating to get an appointment- it used to be a n easy system. I could cry

I have been seeing Dr Werbit for 30 years but now that he merged looks like I need to find a new doctor . I waited 2 months for an appointment I now live 45 mins away and had to come down right in the heart of traffic. I get there and was told oh we canceled your appointment. We tried to reach you last week but your voicemail was full. No attempt to call my home which is listed , no attempt to text me nothing. 2 hour trip for nothing. Seems like the office doesn’t care about his Dr Werbits patients only getting their own in. Disgraceful!!!!

Dr. Werbitt is a decent doctor, and if stars align he can be very helpful. The staff though is happy to bounce you off. God forbid if your insurance requires prior authorization for any medication - just stop right there, and look for a different doctor. I have been told they don't call insurance, don't fax anything and don't fill out any forms because "it takes too much time". Their solution - you, patient, go do it. I called my insurance company (which got them very surprised), was given a phone number for a doctor to call with no need to fax or fill anything. They refused to do it. Business must be great, they couldn't be any less concerned with their patient's needs.

I have been going to Dr. Werbitt for about 10 years now on the advice of my sister and I have never looked back. He is the nicest and best dermatologist I have been to hands down. They don't overbook so I never feel rushed and Dr. Werbitt genuinely cares about his patients. We talk golf, finance, etc and he always does a great job whether it's a mole being removed or acne treatment, toenail fun justâ?¦.wow i guess I've had all those problemsâ?¦he's successfully treated and cured all my issues. His staff is great as well.

There's a common saying that dermatologists are not brain surgeons, and my previous experience with dermatologists confirms this...But, Dr. Werbitt is the exception. He has the deductive ability of a Colombo and skill of a brain surgeon. Absolutely the best in this field. Great bedside manner.

I've been a patient of Dr. Webitt's for 23 years and would highly recommend him.
