A dangerous & deceptive practice. A nurse who they call "Dr. Bob" is not a Dr.

Isn’t the doctor supposed to tell the patient when he or she is due for a physical or colonoscopy rather than the patient tell the doctor? Is it okay for the doctor’s staff to simply forget to call in prescriptions? Need pain meds for sciatica? How about tomorrow? Is it good practice to tell a patient to reschedule an appointment when he or she makes a courtesy call to let you know he or she is stuck in traffic and will be 15 minutes late? After taking a day off to come in? And then bill that patient $50 for a ‘no show’? Do yourself a favor. Take the time and find a doctor who really cares about your health. Find a doctor who knows when a patient is due for certain procedures and makes sure those are scheduled.

I was looking for a new PCP, and thought everything would be great as they got me in quick, and seemed helpful. Since, I have been told I would be called back twice, with no call back, I was lied to about orders for a test, and they keep terrible hours to try to get answers.

Had a good experience with Doctor Brown after my husband was referred to him by the ER at the hospital. My only negative comment is that his waiting room smells like dirty diapers and urine. Maybe they need to clean the carpets and chairs (which were very stained). We have decided to go elsewhere for follow-up visits.
