I experienced ongoing neglect and deflection rather than effective therapeutic care from this provider. Repeated attempts to engage in structured, goal-oriented therapy were dismissed, and accountability for the therapeutic process was consistently avoided. Clinical notes did not accurately reflect my progress or efforts and at times appeared framed in a way that undermined documented improvements in my health. When I attempted to advocate for myself and request clarity or appropriate treatment, I was spoken to in a dismissive and condescending manner and referred to as a “disappointment,” which I found unprofessional and inappropriate. Overall, the care provided did not align with patient-centered or collaborative therapeutic standards, and the experience ultimately eroded trust in the treatment process. I would not recommend this provider to individuals seeking respectful, accountable, and evidence-based mental health care.
