Dr. Randal Keith Jacks, MD

Always caring and never makes you feel like your are wasting his time, very thorough and friendly and always has the patients best interest at heart. Could not ask for a better doctor!

I wouldn't go to anyone else. He is very caring and listens to everything I have to say.

I went to Dr. Jacks for several years. He never followed up on my care. When I had the Flu he missed the diagnosis. I always had a long wait to see him. When I was in the hospital another doctor from his group took care of me. I never heard from him. I would not describe him as proactive but has too many patients to care for.

Dr Jacks has cared for our fmaily for a long time. He is concerned, thorough, and caring. One time when my preschooler was hodpitalized with pneumonia, I overheard one of the nurses say in the hallway that they had better be careful to do everything right with that child, because Dr Jacks was on the case. Very reassuring.

Seems very judgmental like he is better than most others.

Probably the best physician I have had. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. I met him at his office under extreme circumstance in Nov 1999. I was new to the area and did not have a physician. Although he was not taking new patients, he accepted me at the request of a mutual friend. Within moments of meeting and viewing my initial tests, he went from having a full day scheduled to following the ambulance to the hospital. Needless to say, I was impressed.
