Dr Randal Ray Stavinoha

Dr. Randal Stavinoha has treated my shoulder pain effectively and is taking care of my stiff/painful hands and fingers attentively. He and the nurses are professional and friendly, bringing me much peace of mind.

This Doctor seems like all he is interested in doing is closing your case and moving on to the next patient with the most minimal effort possible. Does not explain your diagnosis and is not responsive to any questions. Nurses are not helpful with questions either.

Horrible experience overall. The nurse was so rude - she barely looked at me - just kept pounding the keys of the computer entering patient history. Has the gall to ask me what else is wrong with me as I added that I also had a couple of other issues whcih developed while I was waiting to see the doctor in the 3 week interim to get an appointment! absolutely unacceptable! then stavinoha comes in - same brusque manner. run the routine xray & ofcourse - the predictable diagnosis. gives me prints to read - doesnt mention whether i should use special shpes/splints - just replies when i query him. very quick to fix up the follow-up apoinbtment though he seems to be in a ruch to get me out of there. The medicine he prescribes causes severe stomach pains - I call him after a week. I get a voicemail from nurse saying stop taking the medicine. Any fool knows that! no alternate medicine prescribed!!! so what did he think i went in there in the first palce for? to see his handsome face??!! I have… to call in again (30 min. hold, YES - that's right 30 minutes waiting ont he phone!!) & then the nurse tells me all i need ot do was ask for alternate medication. right, so am i the doctor then??then the repl comes the next day evening on voicemail again tha i can collect the alternate medicies from pharmacy.Riduclous, sub-standard and rude doctor/nurse/medical sysytem. Victimizing and treating patients like dirt bags with only an eye on their wallet. Total lack of aptience to understand/explain issues/diagnosis. rely on internet print outs to educate patients & herd them out of there as soon as possible. rude manners! unhappy with level of medical service & skill - if asking aptient to stop medicine (replying at own convenience, so he should have seen the records) - without bothering to give alternate medicines. He is confused about what his duties/responsibilities as a doctor are- seems to think it is just to wear white coat & collect money! absolutely unacceptable -needless to say am VERY UNHAPPY with this doctor & his nurse.
