Dr. Randall Dean Barnett, MD

I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Dr. Barnett. He was one of two surgeons in my area approved by my insurance for a breast reduction, and I went with him because he had a few pictures on his website and could get me in sooner. In hindsight, that was the wrong decision. He didn’t do a single measurement during my consult and just “eyeballed” it during surgery prep. I asked him multiple times about lipo on the sides (something the other surgeon does for all of his BR), and he just brushed it off because “it would be really painful.” He has a reputation at the hospital for quick operations, and I now realize that’s not a good thing. I ended up with lopsided breasts (not even close in size) and one nipple significantly lower than the other. He was willing to “fix” them, and I went in for one revision that was performed with local while I was AWAKE. (Without addressing the nipple). They are still not right and I will not suffer through the trauma of being awake for another one. I am… now forced to save my money for the other surgeon to fix them.

Dr. Barnett did my breast augmentation 14 years ago and I have NO regrets! I recently went in for a routine mammogram and the nurse said she's seen a lot of breasts over the years and a lot of breast augmentations and has seen the work of some terrible plastic surgeons. She said to me, "You had a VERY good plastic surgeon!" So there you have it...what better feedback can you have then that?! ;) I appreciated Dr. Barnett's knowledge, his confidence, and he treated me very well. He also did some lipo on me at the same time and I'm VERY happy with that as well!!! No complaints. :)

This guy is the absolute WORST!! Not ONLY is he a complete and utter joke, he had no idea what the heck he was doing! I'm deathly terrified of hospitals and surgeries. Yet I ended up with not one, but THREE surgeries where they had to put me completely under for all of them. I would NOT waste your time with this jerk. He has NO clue what he's doing. All this clown wants is your money. He could care less about you or your body!! For the like of me, I don't know why the heck I went to him to get a breast reduction done.... Absolute BIGGEST mistake ever. Do NOT go to this so called "doctor", because all he is, is a money grabbing crazed lunatic who doesn't give a flying eff about his patients, if I would even call them that after the way he treats them!

I met with Dr. Barnett a few weeks ago to discuss breast implants. I called to seek information and made an appointment. The person I talked with was very friendly and helpful. Once in the office, the front desk staff was courteous and friendly. I didn't have to wait long to see Barnett. He talked to me about various options that were available to me. When he measured my chest, he was courteous and polite. After he spend a good amount of time talking with me, his nurse came in to help me try on different size implants. She was very nice and open. She even told me about her experiences with her implants. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. She gave me the information I needed and told me to call or e-mail her if I had any questions or wanted to make an appointment. Once I called to schedule my appointment, they got back to me quickly and I was able to schedule my surgery for 3 weeks later. I will add another review once it is done.

Had a few body procedures done, all my revisions were free. Looking good :)

Was not happy about my visit - was overcharged for the visit and they would not work with me on the amount - also said to try to get my surgery thru Workmens Comp then when they sent the report in WC said the doctors office recommended no WC ???

My experience with Dr Barnett was excellent! I have had my breasts augmented and my tummy flattened. I will go again for my eyelids next fall. His staff is great and I always felt very safe.

Dr Barnett was excellent! He fixed a surgery that was botched by another surgeon and now my breasts look great. Wish I had gone to him in the beginning.
