Dr. Cook is the best around. He takes his time with his patients and listens to them. He also takes time to explain if you have any questions. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

excela health and the medical director have made one of the greatest mistakes in not keeping this physician under their line-up .he is way over the abilities of those that caused his departure...........very sad that egos compromise better judgement.

You must be able to trust your family physician. Dr. Cook is compassionate, professional and very intelligent. In all the years I have been patient, I have been treated exceptionally well. I'm lucky to have found such a wonderful doctor.
