Dr. Randall Dale Henderson, DO

My husband and I began see Dr. Henderson about five years ago. He has been the best thing that has happened to both of us as far as healthcare. He listens to our needs and is very attentive to our concerns. If he doesn’t know the answer he will find out and let you know personally by phone, or he will refer you to the specialist that he believes you need to see. I have experienced that myself when he referred me to a rheumatologist. He sent me to the best of the best In that area of expertise. He is very thorough and he makes your visits feel comfortable. He has a very relaxed bedside manner that makes you feel like you can talk to him about anything. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care doctor. He is a Top Notch Doc in my opinion.

Always takes time to explain. I drive 100 miles to keep him as our family doctor. Knowledgeable and cares about you.

My husband has used Dr Henderson for over 10 years. During that time his Diabetes has grown out of control his legs and feet swelling water weight all over his entire body. His weight has rocketed from 195 to 264. Dr Henderson has never addressed any of this. If you want a good ole boy for a doctor you can sit and shoot the bull with this is your guy my husband loves him. If you want a doctor to address your medical needs I don't recommend this one.

Horrid

Dr. Henderson discovered my late father's terminal cancer during a long neglected and stubbornly scheduled check up. Needless to say their first meeting wasn't on the best of terms. However, after that Dr. Henderson never left my father's side. He was right there for every step of my father's last journey. He wasn't just a physician to my dad, he was friend to him. Henderson is so down to earth and easy to talk to, and he's got an excellent sense of humor. When we went to the ER at the Lake Whitney Medical Center for Dad's very last time, Dr. Henderson was there within the hour. The doc examined Dad and had to break the news to us that he would not be leaving the hospital this time. He talked to my father and discussed the situation in a way that I really appreciate. His sympathy for us, his genuine sadness for my father, and his true character shone through his "bedside manner" every moment he was there. Dr. Henderson made my dad as comfortable as possible and his staff even made our… family meals and kept us warm with blankets during our 4 day stay. Despite the sad circumstances, having this man as my father's care provider was a privilege. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Henderson to any and everyone. You will receive the best health care of your life, hands down. He's well worth the long wait time.

Dr. Henderson is an awsome doctor. He genuinely cares, takes time and effort to get to know you and does all he can to make you healthy again with compassion. Highly recommend!!

I travel 300 miles every couple of months to see Dr Henderson that should give you an idea in my opinion of him

Listens very good and very easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone.

If you don't get one of his first appointments during the day you are looking at waiting over an hour to see him. I cannot say that I LOVE this doctor.He has a terrible bedside mannor. The man insulted me and my family. He just may not have been a good fit for what I am looking for.He made our visits very uncomfortable. Enough to where I could care less about seeing him and his pratice.The man is so opinionated he doesn't allow you to express your needs properly. This is not the type of doctor that I am looking for.If you can look past that.. Yes he is funny. He can make you laugh if you are willing to only to put up with having pretty much a one way relationship with your doctor. As for me, I would rather have a doctor that will fully listen to me and my concerns. Care about my family and treat it with respect as he would want his own treated.

This Dr. is down to earth.....fantastic....if he can't find the problem, he will send you to someone who can help. Been to see him many times, and will continue....
