Dr. Randall Wesley Kirtley, MD

Dr. Kirtley has an Angel for a Office Manager. She is so willing to always help and listen. I have never met her personally. However, I have spoken to her twice on the phone. I have called to tell her the magnificent job her employees at Dr. Kirtley's office are doing. She never fails to pick up my call. She is kind, warm, understanding and loves to share praise to the staff she manages. In return the staff is very respectful and caring for her. When your employees genuinely care about their boss, then you must be a great boss. Thank You, Ms. J. Great Job and Happy Nurses Week!

Dr. Kirtley's clinic has the perfect Rose. She is observant, warm, and genuinely as sweet as a rose. She knows my son and his physical well-being. She recently immediately knew something was very wrong with him. She too has a heart for those she is entrusted to care for. She definitely has a calling to care for others. Thank you Rosemary. Dr. Kirtley has an excellent care nurse. She is always joyful to be around. She always makes my son smile. She answers his questions She is thoughtful and kind hearted. She is always concerned and listens to everything he says. If there is test results, or records from other physicians she has the ability to get it and fast. She is really a natural at her job. Dr. Kirtley's clinic has a specialist when it comes to checking out and getting insurance things taken care of. She is on top of her game. She has notes for work and insurance billing down to a fine art. She is sweet and very pleasant to work with. She is happy and easily laughs or smiles. Dr. Kirtley has the best receptionist. She has a sweet spirit and is always kind. I have seen her under fire from someone who was being socially unacceptable. She never lost her cool. Dr. Kirtley goes further than any physician I know of. My son has been ill for two weeks visiting Dr. Kirtley running tests to narrow the cause of his illness. Each time I called his staff was phenomenal. Dr. Kirtley and his staff never gave up. Calling me after hours to check on my son. He finally sent him to the E.R. to have faster results of tests. He called a head of us then called me back to tell me the Dr. In the E.R's name and who to ask for. The ER was able to narrow down the virus my child had. Dr. Kirtley called the ER while my child was there and followed up with me personally to check on him again after we were home. Thank You Dr. Kirtley. My son chose well when he picked you for his physician when he was younger. Your care and concern is astounding. Thank you again to you and your clinic.

My nephew is a patient of Dr. Kirtley. I was so impressed with his staff and his professionalism that if I was not established with my own primary care physician I would change to Dr. Kirtley. His office worked him in so fast the day he was sick. I was amazed. He and the staff were so attentive to my nephew. Making sure he understood what he needed to know to get better. I figured we would have a long wait being worked in. I was really impressed with how fast we were in and out. This clinic was so efficient. All I can say is, Dr. Kirtley, Great Job by you and your staff!

Dr. Kirtley and his staff are a fantastic team. They are always willing to work you in. They are always professional, kind and understanding. When I graciously thank Dr. Kirtley for working with me to get in, the theme of the office seems to be "It's simply what we do." In my opinion this is the absolute best Medical Team and Family Clinic in Lockhart Texas.

Dr. Kirtley is my sons P.C.P. He has been for several years. Dr. Kirtley and his staff are impeccable. My son is 14 yrs. old. The staff at the office are always so personable with him. He has a great connection with all of the ladies on the staff and knows them each by name. He feels free to talk and joke with them all. During times when his body has felt its worst, they go the extra mile and make him feel highly esteemed. He simply calls Dr. Kirtley, Doc. He lets it be known that Doc Kirtley is one of his best friends in all the world. I have never had to wait for an appointment. I call and it is not unusual for him to be worked into an extremely already full schedule the same day. More times than not even the same hour. Who ever answers the phone is always kind, helpful and professional. I feel exalted that my son has such an amazing medical team to care for him. I know our community is blessed to have them.
