Dr. Randall Lane Rudeen, MD

I found out at my halfway/gender check US I'd had a late miscarriage. My reg Dr was in surgery, so I was sent to Dr. Rudeen to find out what needed to happen moving forward. His bedside manner considering what we'd just found out was atrocious. He referred to our baby multiple times as "expired tissue", saying I would need to quickly have labor induced to "expel the expired tissue" from my body. I'm sorry, but that's my baby! His terminology may be correct, but you don't say that over and over to someone who just found out their sweet baby has died. He also told my husband and I this was God's way of taking care of fetus' with severe abnormalities and problems, so it was a good thing. A baby dying is not a good thing, and our baby was beautiful and perfect. My body was the problem. I would strongly advise avoiding this Dr. He has no couth.

I have repeatedly recommended Dr. Rudeen to friends. He is patient, understanding, has a sense of humour, and wonderful bedside manner. He delivered by second child. I only wish he had delivered my first!
